Weekly Group Class at Kampong National Tropical Gardens

Imagine practicing deep breathing, yoga postures and meditation overlooking the ocean, surrounded by lush, fragrant tropical gardens. Using yoga and meditation, we will work through the entire body and mind, releasing negativity and establishing new, healthy patterns. Each session will include breathing, hatha yoga and a guided Yoga Nidra meditation or silent walking meditation through the garden.

Sundays from 10am till noon. $20 per class.
