Yoga (Sanskrit for union) is an ancient philosophy originating in India that provides a path to connect with our higher selves in order to obtain self-knowledge and liberation from suffering.
Dr. Richard Miller, the founder of the Center of Timeless Being, developed a form of Yoga Nidra meditation called Integrative Restoration (iRest), which Molly is currently using with veterans suffering from Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder at the VA. Yoga Nidra is a form of guided meditation that allows individuals to access deeper states of consciousness. The practice is a powerful deep relaxation and meditation technique that is also an effective tool for dealing with stress, depression and chronic pain.

The technique is successfully being used and studied by the US military, the Department of Veterans Affairs, homeless shelters, universities, schools, hospitals, women's shelters as well as at many other yoga and meditation centers around the world. For more information on the teachings and on Richard's trainings and retreats, visit: www.nondual.com.
